My boxes constantly arrive opened because the tape strip is normally unstuck/off-centre so it ‘s not a surprise it bursts capable during transit. I ‘ve tried contacting Hay Box about this but I get the lapp e-mail each meter saying this – and nothing has changed since I first received this e-mail in April ! sadly I am now going to use another supplier due to this lack of customer overhaul support. “ I am always so good-for-nothing to hear about this and we understand this is frustrating as it is besides for us ! As you may already be aware, all of our boxes are sent out in perfect condition and so it seems the damage was caused during transit. We will of course raise these concerns with dpd. We are presently in the in-between of finding a solution around this to improve our packaging as we know how crucial this is. I hope this is reassuring !
